This Is Why Honey Boo Boo Refuses to Move Back in with Mama June

The drama still continues for Mama June. Following a recent drug scandal, the ‘From Not To Hot’ star’s daughter, Alana Thompson, aka Honey Boo Boo, has refused to move back with her mother.

Honey Boo Boo, 13-year-old, is said to have put her foot down after revealing that she was ‘scared’ to be around Mama June and her boyfriend, Doak, and instead she wants to keep living with her 19-year-old sister, Pumpkin.

Before Mama June was arrested for crack cocaine use earlier this year, Honey Boo Boo had tried to begged her mother to leave Doak and go to rehab. But the mother didn’t heed her daughters’ pleas.

In a recent incident, Doak was driving recklessly, and he crashed his car into Mama June’s garage. Video footage was filmed and shared by a neighbor. It shows Mama June’s boyfriend visibly intoxicated and even struggling to get out of the car.

Mama June came to his aid, but she didn’t succeed. Honey Boo Boo was reported to arrive at her mom’s place shortly after the video was shared to survey the damage, TMZ reported.

After Doak’s garage incidence, the 13-year-old has refused to move back with her mother until Doak is out of the picture. She wants her mom to break up with Doak and enter a rehabilitation facility.

Honey Boo Boo said:

"Mama, I would love to come home and stay with you — tell you about my day, but I can’t do that because I’m scared.”

TMZ reported that if Mama June fails to straighten out her life, Pumpkin will go to court and fight to get custody of her little sister.

Despite the family recently staging an intervention for her, Mama June is reported to have expressed no interest in getting her daughter back.

The former pageant queen moved in with her sister, Lauryn’  Pumpkin’ Shannon leading up to their mother and boyfriend Geno Doak’s arrest for drug possession in March.
